We do NOT accept:

  • Wire transfers, e-transfers, cash, checks, or COD
  • Cryptocurrencies

Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Your payment provider (bank or PayPal) may apply a currency conversion fee if your card or account is not in USD. We are not responsible for such fees.

Payment Security

  • Our website uses SSL encryption (look for the padlock in your browser address bar) to protect your personal and payment information.
  • We do not store your full credit card details. All card information is processed directly by our payment gateway and is PCI-DSS compliant.
  • PayPal transactions are protected by PayPal’s own security and buyer protection policies.

When Will You Be Charged?

  • For credit/debit card orders: your card is authorized immediately when you place the order. The actual charge may appear as “pending” until the order is shipped.
  • For PayPal orders: the full amount is captured at the time of checkout.

Billing Address Verification

To prevent fraud, we may perform an AVS (Address Verification Service) check on credit card orders. Your billing address must match the address on file with your bank. If verification fails, your order may be canceled automatically.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or PayPal. We do not have access to the specific reason for the decline. You may try another payment method or re-attempt after checking with your financial institution.

Invoices

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation email that serves as your invoice. If you need a VAT/GST invoice, please contact us.
