You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- The return must be due to a quality issue (defect, damage, or performance problem).
We do not accept returns for change of mind, normal wear and tear, or improper use.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked at the time of purchase)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@madeincookware.sbs with your order number and a photo or video showing the quality issue.
- Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at the indicated carrier location.

Return Shipping Cost
Free returns – we cover the return shipping cost for all eligible returns. No restocking fee.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
