30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • The return must be due to a quality issue (defect, damage, or performance problem).

We do not accept returns for change of mind, normal wear and tear, or improper use.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked at the time of purchase)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@madeincookware.sbs with your order number and a photo or video showing the quality issue.
  2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
  4. Drop off the package at the indicated carrier location.

Return Shipping Cost

Free returns – we cover the return shipping cost for all eligible returns. No restocking fee.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
