Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within Canada. We do not ship to the United States or any other international destinations.

Delivery time estimates start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or peak seasons are not our responsibility.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
